I’m 50F, 175cm (5’9”) and weigh 176lbs. I’d like to lose a minimum of 10lbs, ideally 20lbs.

According to a TDEE calculator, my maintenance calories while sedentary is 1779 calories per day. A couple of years ago, I lost over 20lbs while eating around 1800, working out 3-4 days a week and walking around 12k to 14k steps per day due to my job. Now I’ve got more of a desk job but I’ve started trying to get back to 10k steps then increase that, and I do strength training 3 days a week. What should my calorie goal be?
