When do I repot the mama plant (I know they like to be root bound, or at least need to be root bound to make babies)? And when do I snip the babies off and put them in their own dirt? 😋

I waited a long time to repot and now that I have I’m scared of the out come - is she dying? Or just suffering from root shock? How do I make sure she can recover?…

I am fairly new to collecting houseplants, got this (I think) pickle plant about 2.5 months ago. It was etoliated when I got it but since bringing it home it's put out a lot of growth. Is it time to size up to this clear nursery pot shown in picture?
