Chop n Prop or separate and repot?

This is Lilith my mother plant. Yes I know there are four plants in one pot. I was a beginner when I got her. Last repotted summer 2025. I’ve noticed she’s getting more brown tips than usual. I’m assuming something needs to change. So what’s your opinion? Chop and Stick them into some water to get new roots and start fresh? It’s high time for that right now. Or just separate and repot? She’s very leggy due to not having a sufficient light source until about a year ago. If I decide to just separate and repot, can I bury the legginess? Thanks for any help!
