To repot or Not to repot

I got this Staghorn Fern the day I started my job a few years back and it is doing great (and so is the job!) 😌✨

There's probably five individual plants in here so I could have some fun with kokedama balls and mounts. However it's an antique pot and the thought of cutting the shield fronds brings me pain. I'm willing to let it live out the rest of its days in its crevice of a pot. I water frequently and there's a humidifier nearby.

Side note, anyone else get superstitious and nervous about putting their symbolic plants through major changes?
