What makes the home unique is its eye-catching exterior. Painted on the east- and north-facing facade of the home is a kaleidoscope-esque mural, painted by Colorado artists Jake Amason and Megan Walker.
The residence, which was built this year, is so energy efficient that a renewable energy system such as solar panels could offset most or all of the home’s energy use.
