This house is a kaleidoscope of changing colors, literally. Dubbed the “Kaleidoscope House,” the home at 7852 W Torino Ave., recently sold for $2.1 million. What makes the home unique is its eye-catching exterior. Painted on the east- and north-facing facade of the home is a kaleidoscope-esque mural, painted by Colorado artists Jake Amason and Megan Walker. “Part of the reason why we went so bright with the colors was that all the houses out there are really brown,” Amason told the Review-Journal in 2023. “So it’s kind of fun to just, like, pop and make it contrast against the rest of the neighborhoods. Looking at the home is akin to gazing through a kaleidoscope, with abstract shapes sprayed across the sides of the home. It took around 400 cans of spray paint to complete the mural.
