I was 175 about a year and a half ago. I rapidly lost weight in a year and it kind of stopped around 140-ish around late November. I guess I sort of accepted my fate and that I wouldn't be able to lose much more because if I ate much less then I was, i dealt with symptoms similar to low blood pressure. Was kind of depressed over it.

But yeah, about 5 months later and I still lost like 8 pounds. It's not much, at all. But I wasn't dieting, nor starving the entire time.

So I guess I semi-fixed my appetite? I'm just happy over that. Still losing weight, just slowly.

I'm guessing I probably eat like 1400-1500 a day. Like a deficient of 100-ish calories. Not much, but still something.
