Hope u're all well.
26M with an EE degree and 5 yrs of experience in design and construction.
Started working as a technician last year at college during the lockdown. Job hopped to a supervising position on the project I was laid off last November.
Attended few dozens of interviews unsuccessfully. Pushed over in favor of internal candidates, 'competitive' wages or simply ghosted.
What about employers I didn't even apply for, call me up to waste the time gaslighting how impressive my CV and skills are, yet Im not a match.
Only one thing Im doing right now is swing trading I began recently and up %20 YTD so far.
Employers want unicorns for shitty pay. No desire to train new hires whatsoever.
Reckoning to do masters to avoid unemployment at this point.
