A common pitfall observed in business.

This is my personal observation as a business owner:

I am putting this in general sense only. A common pitfall that I have observed in business (or if you want to narrow it down to sales) is that once you chase the customer and the customer gives you business, after that there is no follow-up with the customer. Whenever the customer calls, the same zeal is lost and you rarely answer the customer or you fail to achieve the timeline. Most of the businesses are lost at this point.

If compounding in business needs to be achieved, then I guess this is a very critical point: you always keep the customer in the loop and answer his calls or messages on time.

Open to discussions.
