The DoorDash driver who went viral for filming a half-naked customer and sharing the clip online has pleaded not guilty . Olivia R. Henderson, 23, made her plea in the Oswego County Court in upstate New York on Friday (May 1) to two felony charges, unlawful surveillance in the second degree and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree. Since each count carries up to four years in prison, she faces a maximum of eight years incarcerated. The charges are non-qualifying offenses, which means Henderson is able to remain free without bail. According to police, Henderson was working for DoorDash on Oct. 12 when she delivered a Wendy’s order to a customer’s apartment and discovered the door open. The customer, at the time, was reportedly lying on a couch with his pants and underwear pulled down to his ankles with his genitals exposed.
