As the title states, I lost 100 pounds, and since about january I have eaten whatever I wanted , not counting calories, etc. I started noticing subtle weigh gain, but now, 4 months later i am 15 pounds heavier and am binging everyday. I don’t know how to stop anymore I got my calorie counting app back, bought healthy groceries, and am beginning to start fresh tomorrow. but my appetite is insane I recently got on birth control, which could also potentially affect my weight loss journey again. how do i stop binging. submitted by /u/throwaway_ok10 [link] [comments]
