We tried them both and think they’re worthy additions to your kitchen.  Serious Eats editors have long been fans of HexClad’s hybrid ceramic-stainless steel skillets , so I was excited to see the brand add two new items to its cookware lineup: A rice pot and a Japanese egg pan.
