I usually use Siete mild taco seasoning to marinate flank steak for tacos but my grocer was out of it. Instead I bought Lawrys fajita seasoning and applied to both sides and put in the fridge for overnight. After only a couple hours there’s a syrupy liquid in the pan. I’m wondering if I’ve ruined the meat and if this liquid is normal. I should’ve read the ingredients. There’s so many crappy things in this seasoning. submitted by /u/1080p3t3 [link] [comments]
