My child is 20 months and I’ve put on so much weight after pregnancy. I lost 20kg a few years ago through a dietician (strict CICO and clean eating) and then I gained it back again then lost half of it before getting pregnant. Now I’ve put it on and gained some more through a combination of breastfeeding constant hunger, lack of sleep (4-5 hours broken sleep each night until very recently) and now stress eating after my toddler goes to sleep. I have my meal plans from when I lost weight but I don’t know how to start. I was effectively cooking two meals, were South Asian so I would cook some South Asian dishes for my husband and sometimes I would have a little (measure out my rice etc) and I’d also have to make my own separate food that was within my calorie allowance. Now with my baby I would have to make 3 separate meals. My husband doesn’t like the food I cook for the baby (more bland, not spicy - we like our spice). I don’t like it that much either really.…
