Wait, I figured it out This is actually crazy because I’m 33 and embarrassed to be making this post. I’m 10 months postpartum. In pregnancy like most women, my muscle mass depleted a lot, my glutes became non existent, my posture went dire etc. I started to lift weights about 5 months ago. I don’t eat junk that much but I have struggled for years to get my diet right. Then 2 months into lifting ,(5 days a week) I honestly couldn’t carry on with eating habits, they genuinely felt lacking. I didn’t want to calorie count because I have zero desire to do that for the rest of my life and so I had to come up with something that worked. and chat, it was the food pyramid 😭 I basically started to stuff my plate with foods based on the percebtage they take on the food pyramid. This meant I was eating ALOT but it was lower calorie and nutrient dense and I was not feeling restricted.…
