I have been consistently walking everyday and maintaining a calorie deficit. However, I still have not lost any weight. I am a bit frustrated but still motivated. It’s only been a month of consistency so I am trying to be kind to myself and remindful of that. I’m 5’1, and currently 140-143 pounds. I am trying to get to 130, and then eventually 120 as my main goal. I’m less worried about the number on my scale and more so want to benefit my general wellbeing and health. I’ve been walking 3+ miles (8k steps) a day in mostly heat, and have been in a calorie deficit of about 1300-1400 calories. I have been mindful about what I’ve been eating as well.
