It’s half the price of a similar HexClad skillet. Serious Eats editors actually like HexClad pans —even editorial director Daniel Gritzer is a fan, and he’s what I’d call a skeptical person. This unique cookware combines the nonstick property of ceramic with a layer of stainless steel webbing.
