Little bit of an odd one, but I’m wondering if anyone else has found themselves slipping into bad eating habits after losing weight? In the opposite direction to the habits that maybe got you to gain the weight in the first place? I’m almost at my goal, very close, but recently I’ve found myself falling into really unhealthy and concerning eating habits. I was just wondering if this has unfortunately happened to anyone else following a complete diet and body overhaul? I won’t go into detail as understandably it isn’t healthy and I do not at all want to promote any harmful behaviours. I’m just quite worried about it as unfortunately I have quite an addictive personality so I can fall into harmful behaviours fairly easily and now I’ve all but lost the last little bit of weight I’m a bit lost! submitted by /u/SouthLondonLass [link] [comments]
