Curious what kind of numbers people here are hitting on weighted crimps / max hangs.
For context, I’m 76 kg and right now I’m doing:
- 20 mm edge
- 5 sec reps with +48 kg
- max crimp around +70 kg
I’m trying to get a better feel for where that sits compared to other climbers and how people are structuring their sessions.
Are you training:
- weighted repeaters / strength reps
- max hangs
- one-arm work
- pure max crimp strength
Would be really useful if you could share:
- bodyweight
- edge size
- added weight
- hang time
- number of sets / rest
I’m especially curious whether stronger finger climbers are spending more time on short max efforts or on repeatable strength.
