With life going at 100 mph, I can't relax enough to get on the mat and practice. Classes are fine because I have no other choice but to practice. But when I'm at home, I'm so tensed, stressed out that I just can't relax enough to practice. I start a posture and then get up nervously and anxiously, my mind racing while I think about all that needs to be done.
Have you encountered that issue and how did you solve it?
