Salesforce is making a bigger bet on turning Slack into the interface where work actually happens, not just where it’s discussed. Yesterday, the company unveiled a new round of product updates, positioning Slackbot as more than a built-in assistant. The goal is to turn it into what it calls the “ultimate teammate,” one that connects conversations, data and actions across the enterprise.
