I feel like i'm on a come down?? HELP ME! I am 4 months sober from drugs and alcoohol next week and I am aware that I should be happy and able to enjoy this but throughout the day I constantly feel like i'm coming down from a stimulant?????? Does anyone know why this is? thank you in advance, I would be very grateful for any insights.
