I started focusing on weight loss again in January and have lost 20 pounds since then. But the past 4 weeks I’ve been hovering around the same weight. I started lifting weights about 11 weeks ago and definitely have gained muscle mass which yay! But I still have 20 more pounds to go to get about where I want to be. The number on the scale I don’t need to be an exact number but I still have a lot of fat to lose. What I was doing before doesn’t seem to be cutting it anymore maybe? I’m still in a deficit per my trackers (calories counted and activity per my watch).
