I love most food and I wouldn't call myself a picky eater. I've tried low cal diets and meal preps and never not enjoyed them, and I even like cooking so I don't mind spending the time. My issue is that I just, can't stop eating eventually. I'll follow a diet, lose weight slow and healthy, and then just go back to eating like a medieval king teasing peasants because I just love eating. So I don't know where to go from here. My issue isn't the time, or the cooking, or the tastes. It's that I just like the "benefit" of being fat that I can eat whatever I want, even though I want to look physically better Edit: Currently 5ft10 and 127kg submitted by /u/Tfa_AD [link] [comments]
