The Batcave has been presented in various shapes and sizes over the past 85 years of Batman history, so when it came to creating our unique version in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight , we knew how important it was. Not only did we want to pay homage to the different iterations that came before us, but we also wanted to give players a whole new experience, one that makes the most of the creative power of LEGO bricks. Throughout the course of the game, the Batcave evolves, just like Bruce Wayne does, from humble beginnings to a high-tech base of operations. What begins as Alfred’s old storage unit is transformed by technological breakthroughs courtesy of Lucius Fox at Wayne Industries. Players can use studs collected throughout the game to get items and props to furnish and build out new areas of the environment, bringing opportunities for fun and customization.
