Every canned tuna brand is marketed to moms or budget shoppers. But tuna is literally one of the best proteins per dollar, 25-30g protein, almost zero fat, cheap. Yet the branding is stuck in 1995.
Would you buy tuna if the brand was built specifically for gym people or macro counting folks? Thinking easy-open pouches, macro info front and center, decent flavors (lemon pepper, sriracha, olive oil), not only “packed in water.”
Or is canned tuna just a forever grocery-aisle staple that nobody cares about branding for?
