For the longest time, I thought fixing my sleep schedule meant going to bed earlier, setting more alarms, or maybe even downloading a sleep app. But none of it really worked. So I dropped all that and tried to keep things simple. Even then, I’d end up doing the same thing every night: lying in bed, scrolling for way longer than I intended, and pushing sleep later without even realizing it. All I really used in Google Clock was the alarm. I’d set it for the next morning and snooze it a couple of times. I never paid attention to anything else in the app.…
