Negotiating for a position. Recruiter called and asked what my salary expectations are. I asked what the pay range for the position is? Her response: there isn't one. I asked 'you don't have a specific pay range for employees in this position?' Her response 'no, we don't, what are your expectations?' Then when I tell her, she sighs and says 'oh, okay.
