Saw it on a reel and had to try. I bulked fermented a little longer than I normally would but generally happy with the results. In future I would use a bit less crisp and more cheese. I used Kirkland Coastal which is a nice sharp white cheddar. I think adding some cheese and scallions on top after lid removed would also be good.
