One thing I've noticed as I've grown up is that for some reason I love lemon, and most things that are tart and acidic as well. I love Greek lemon chicken, Tom Yum soup, chicken piccata, etc. I was wondering if anyone here would be willing to share some dishes (preferably not too complex) that I could try that would fit my preferences.
