GtG Pull Ups - no max rep progress Hi, so I have been reading these great posts how method called Grease the Groove helped people to raise their max rep for Pull Ups in just few weeks. I was stuck on 11 max reps woth BW for some time so I wanted to try the method. I tried to incomporate it with Weighted Pull Ups that I do twice a week - I do GtG Pull Ups on all days when I don’t do weighted PU. I do 5 sets of 5 reps (11 BW PUs is my Max) with at least 2 hour rest between sets. This is what I did so far: D1 - BW Max 11 D2-D4 - 5x5 D5 - weighted PU 6,5 kg vest 9, 8, 7, 6 reps D6-D7 - 5x5 D8 - weighted PU 6,5 kg vest 9, 8, 7, 6 reps D9-D11 - 5x5 D12 - weighted PU 6,5 kg vest 9, 8, 7, 6 reps D13-D14 - 5x5 D15 - weighted PU 6,5 kg vest 9, 8, 7, 6 reps D16-D18 - 5x5 D19 - weighted PU 6,5 kg vest 9, 8, 7, 6, 4 reps D20-D21 - 5x5 D22 - weighted PU 6,5 kg vest 9, 8, 7, 7 D23 - rest from PU D24 - BW Max 11 I read that after 3 weeks you should retest your max again and as you can see, it did not change.…
