I am 28 year old male, currently weighing 97 kg and standing 183 centimetres tall. I am trying to get a realistic estimate of my potential TDEE based on my current body measurements and planned daily activity level.
My main form of exercise and movement will be walking, and I am planning to consistently walk between 15k or 20k or 25k steps every day. My average walking speed is approximately 4.50 km per hour and I usually walk on a mostly flat surface with little to no incline.
I would like to know what my estimated TDEE might be across this range of activity including separate estimates for 15k steps, 20k steps, and 25k steps per day so I can better understand my maintenance calories.
If possible, I would also like the estimate to take into account my BMR, calories burned from walking, and general daily movement outside of exercise so I can get a more accurate idea of how many calories I may need to maintain my current weight or lose weight.
