Dr Bobby, What do you think of my current fitness setup and how can/I should I improve it. I do circuit training every workday morning consisting of pullups, squats, and pushups. I do them back to back as many reps as I can do cleanly, rest for 1-2 minutes then repeat as many times as I have time for. I usually have 15-20 minutes. For cardio, I bike to work as long as it isn't raining, probably an average of 4 days a week. It's an 8 mile round trip.
