I love rice. I have cooked rice my whole life. The old fashioned way, in a pot, on the stove-easy peasy. In a weak moment and on sale, I bought a rice cooker. OMG. Why didn’t anyone tell me how delicious the crunchy rice on the bottom surface?!? Yum. I cook rice with butter for even crunchier bottom.
