Hi, I am a 37-year-old woman, 5'6". Backstory: I weighed 135-140 lbs for most of my adult life until I gained 30lbs. I had a tough mental health time summer 2021 and wasn't eating so I lost weight. Then I started an SSRI that causes weight gain, indulged in food to fatten up following the weight loss, became less active, ate a lot of ice cream because it was hot out, etc. and by the end of 2023 weighed 165+. I've been trying to lose weight for over two years now. Slow and steady. I was so close to my goal a year ago but then got injured and couldn't exercise for many months. I started trying again in March but have been at a steady 149 without making progress. Food I generally eat pretty healthy but have a merciless sweet tooth. I'm not tempted by salty junk food or soda. I have tea with milk and sugar twice a day but it's not a huge source of calories. No alcohol. Exercise I'm not super in shape. I love swimming (in a pool at the gym) but injured my shoulder last year.…
