Hi everyone. I have some leftover mushy rice. It's much softer/wetter than normal (oops), so I'm struggling with how to repurpose it. I usually use leftover rice to do fried rice, but this is too soft. I also wanted to try the crispy rice salad (where you bake the rice in the oven) but I'm also afraid it won't crisp up. I could make it into congee, but I have had it a few times recently so don't necessarily want to do that. I thought maybe some of you would have some creative ideas! Let me know what else I can do with mushy rice. submitted by /u/chaamdouthere [link] [comments]
