Just sounding off here a bit because we all go through the same stuff and sometimes it's good to see the struggles we all have. I've been in maintenance for a long time. I have never had a LOT to lose but can get to be 20-30 pounds over my goal weight easy enough and I feel awful like that. I've been bouncing up and down for years. I'm older so my maintenance calories are tough. It's also tough to eat correctly at 1400-1500 calories and get the right amounts of protein etc. Honestly, I feel that I keep to my caloric goals mostly but it's not healthy doing so. I have many foods that have good protein profiles that I can't tolerate--eggs is a big one. But I digress... For the most part, I do okay. Have been at goal weight since about December 2024. This past March, I was in BJs and they had a "sale" on the huge vat of Jelly Belly jellybeans. Easter edition. Great deal (candy is SO expensive now). I bought some figuring my husband would enjoy them.…
