i have some questions about tdee so that i can make sure im calculating mine accurately!
iβm 19F, 172cm, and currently weigh around 110.5kg, starting at 116kg.
the calculators all give me a TDEE ranging from 1900-2300π΅βπ«π΅βπ« which is a big difference..this is if i put my activity level as sedentary btw. i manually add calories to that based on the exercise i do so that i donβt overestimate it.
so if anyone knows what my *actual* TDEE is, based on my stats, as sedentary, and let me know if body fat percentage is important to calculate this.. mine is around 49% i believe.
i currently eat between 1600 (no exercise days) and 2000 (days i do pilates, dance, hour long walks, HIIT or strength workouts- [all of these in a day]) - is this good?
