Old house…Thick mortar bed on top of more concrete. How to remove??

We’re remodeling the 2nd floor bathroom of our 1920s home, and just tore the tub out. The tile is laid on a thick mortar bed, which was poured on a few inches of concrete. So close to 4 inches total. This bathroom is on a 2nd floor. Jackhammer?? Hot saw? Those both seem risky
