Bought the Arturia Minilab 3, but it's still kinda confusing.

So I have been learning Music Production on Cubase (Advanced Integration{free with Yamaha interface}) and recently got myself an Arturia Minilab 3, and got a few free software bundled with it. Ableton lite, Analog Lab V, and some others.

  1. Can in integrate the analog lab and other instrument/VST software into my cubase? if yes, how?
  2. Should I stick with cubase to master the basics first or since I also have Ableton lite now, I should explore my options into a more comfortable DAW?
  3. What are some other useful plugins and VSTi that I should consider? Any free one's as the widely suggested Kontakt, Serum and Pro-Q, etc are kinda expensive as a beginner.
  4. Just any other suggestions to a budding indie artist or things you'd like to tell me so I don't suffer any stupidity.
