Location: Utah, US My ex husband is currently living in Idaho for his new wife to attend school. He has not told me whether or not he will be taking the kids to Idaho, but I think he will (him not telling me he's taking them out of state is a different issue for now). Now that summer break has begun, he is given 4 weeks of extended parent time, to be taken in two 14 day periods. Two of those weeks are supposed to be "interrupted," with me being given a day with the kids. He is claiming that, because he doesn't want to drive to Utah for that day then drive back up to Idaho, that I have to go up to Idaho and spend my day with the kids there or I do not get to exercise my parent time on those days. He says he will not bring them to Utah those two days. Our divorce decree says transportation must be shared equally between both parties. My ex's parents' house is where he stays when he's here, so that has also been the pickup location.…
