Businesses added More tenants have been revealed for the Target-anchored Legacy at Jackson Landing shopping center. Target’s involvement in the development was reported by The Tribune in November. KKTV cited Monument Mayor Mitch LaKind in reporting that other planned tenants included Marshalls, HomeGoods, Chick-fil-A and Firehouse Subs. The project developer, Legacy Development partners, is working to fill other storefronts. The center is hoping to open in October 2027.
