I’ve been using a walk pad at max speed for about six to eight months now but I’m not really seeing any results.( high blood pressure and high cholesterol)
I don’t know how fast the walk pad is but it definitely is faster than my usual walk speed. I’m typically using it for 30 minutes 2-3 times a week, with some pushups and the like on opposite days.
I’m really just hoping that a jump rope will be much more effective without having to use electricity or go to a gym.
PS I’m trying to get back in shape so I can start martial arts again by August or September.
