You’re trying to watch sodium or sugar, but the packaging just screams “FIT - NATURAL - SUPERFOOD” and never explains what it means for you. Most people don’t have the time or background to: Decode long ingredient lists Know which chemical-sounding names are actually fine Understand which combos might be bad for their skin, gut, or specific conditions So what happens?…
