I have been wreetling for two years and i broke my left pink and my thimbs are like puffed at the base and my one ring finger is crooked and my othwr pinky is bent at the top idk what im doing wrong but how do i stop getting thoes injures it annoys me cause i wrestle through it and it hurts but i js want to fix them to be better
