But one difference was discovered by Aaron Perris: a new alert that appears in iOS 26.6 when you try to block one contact too many. Apple doesn’t publicize this information, but iOS quietly enforces a limit on how many contacts you can add to your ‘blocked’ list. Though the vast majority of users likely never hit that limit, iOS 26.6 adds a new alert for the few that do.
