Can anyone with first hand experience advise on how they grew sales from founder led on-field sales to team-led sales so they could engage on strategic initiatives? What worked for you and what failed? I am a medtech founder having a company that sells precision super speciality surgical instruments with an initial footprint in India and some exports. But we don’t have a sales engine that runs without my active involvement. I want to change that and at least build an India team so I can work on export orders and convert more technical/regulatory involved deals.
