Well, anyway… If you search for "digital asset management software," you'll find many mature solutions. Adobe Experience Manager — probably the most recognizable name in enterprise marketing infrastructure — handles digital assets as part of a broader content management platform. Cloudinary and Bynder represent the more focused end of the spectrum: purpose-built DAMs with polished interfaces, rich metadata management, and integrations designed for marketing teams. These are mature, well-funded products with years of iteration behind them. So why build one from scratch? The honest answer: I didn't build this because the market had a gap.
