We finally got the permit to proceed with our detached garage build. It will be a 2.5-sized garage and includes engineering for a drywell to prevent water issues for our neighbors. We're planning on running conduit from the house for electrical and to run a car charger in the future. Anything else we should consider? I think we have about a week before they pour the foundation.
