Getting to opposing quarterbacks remained a Panthers’ problem in 2025 Canales’s team was much improved in many aspects, most notably on defense following a troubling showing in 2024. However, one aspect of this unit that has really struggled as of late has been the pass rush. Dating back to 2023, no team in the NFL has totaled fewer quarterback traps (89) than the Panthers.
